Mariner and Mercury Service Diagnostics Update

Cameron has been away once more during November on a course for authorised service and repair of Mariner and Mercury engines.

With new engines being brought out by the leading manufacturers Cameron was sent on another 4 day course to get the updates on the new technology and increased functionality of the diagnostic equipment. Much like new cars, outboards are becoming far more efficient and have more sensors to alert users before serious damage has been done or in worst case scenarios even go into limp home mode to get the boats to safety.

The latest course was to get the updates on the Mariner and Mercury outboard engines and included a full day on the diagnostic equipment so though it meant a round trip of over 600 miles Cameron was delighted with course content and new improvements and changes to the outboard engines and diagnostic equipment that have been introduced.
